Approximates points of the input grid with a plane using the Least Squares method.

Optional Outputs
The computation of following outputs can be switched off by passing value atl::NIL
to these parameters: outDistances, outSignedDistanceSum, outDistanceSum, outSquaredDistances, outSquaredDistanceSum.
